NGO OKSIGEN
From 1st of May 2005 Oksigen arise in non-government organisation, called UDRUZENJE GRADJANJA “OKSIGEN” BANJA LUKA.
Throughout planed actions and goals of NGO “Oksigen” which are defined with statute of Udruzenje gradjana “Oksigen”, Oksigen is continuing to exist on this area, and appears throughout all products of multi- media.First of the projects in that tendency was signing Contact about business- technical cooperation with TMK radio from Banjaluka. That is the basic for cooperation that was made for promoting radio journalism and radio production in our area. Trough cooperation with technical and human resource of both sides is making democratically oriented program OKSIGEN that are accepted everywhere.Except this cooperation Udruzenje gradjana “Oksigen” had also made cooperation with Headquarters of EUFOR in Bosnia and Herzegovina, that includes using some of the EUFOR frequency on area north- west Bosnia and Herzegovina for broadcasting Oksigen program.That are the first arrangement that NGO” Oksigen” made in the beginning of activity with legal subjects which had recognised importance of NGO “Oksigen” making affect in promoting democracy in society in Bosnia and Herzegovina.With hope in making new cooperations on all level of civilian society Udruzenje gradjana “Oksigen” Banja Luka is continuing with the struggle of promoting principles of democracy and professionalism in media of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and all according to principles of COMMUNICATIONS REGULATORY AGENCY.

OKSIGEN CALLING BIHAC
Covering of northwestern part of Bosnia and
Herzegovina is getting greater every day. The town of Bihac
with its surroundings become a part of Oksigen family, where
you can listen us on 91'9 MHz frequency. Soon after we started
to broadcast on this frequency, people from Bihac started
to phone, and to cover us with SMS messages, which makes us
more than happy. After installing a new transmitter, you can
listen to Oksigen FM in almost whole western part of BiH.

Verano Motors, general representatives of Peugeot
company for BiH, and Oksigen Radio organized together a great
monthly spectacle, which reached its finale on the second
of July in "2 in 2" program, when we awarded a few
of our listeners with very valuable prizes, including Peugeot
Motor Scooter. The month where Dijana
and Vojo broadcast live
program from Gradiska, Novi Travnik and Prijedor was successfully
finished on the pleasure of all participants. And if you want

HELP
PETITION FOR AMINA LAVAL
Oksigen radio took active role in action to
revoke the death sentence of young Nigerian Amina
Laval, who suppose to be stoned under the Muslim religion
laws. Persistence of all of us, but first of all Aleksandra
Kuzman's efforts were worth wiled. Thanks to tons of letters
from all over the world, including the messages of Oksigen
FM listeners, Nigerian high court revokes the sentence.

NEW PEOPLE, NEW PROGRAMME
Oksigen boat became richer for two new crewmembers.
Ivana and Aco will be entertain you every morning from 6 to
10 o clock. With new people, it comes a new programme schedule.
Every working day, we offers 19 hours of live program, in
which 7 presenters are changing, plus unavoidable informational
contents, which consists of news broadcast every full hour
from 7 to 19. Weekend offers collage contents, with wide spectre
of different programmes.

ACTION:
DRUGS - NO THANKS
As our country becomes one of the main transit
area for smuggling narcotic, the dugs are more and more used
among young population of BiH. The number of addicts is larger
every day. From these reasons Oksigen started an action that
contributes to the mind development of young people about
drugs related issues. A huge amount of messages that you sent
us, is clearly saying that the majority of youngsters want
to see harder fighting against drug addiction.

One more live broadcasted event from the largest
European MTV party, which was held this time in Barcelona.
The host in the Sant Jordi Hall was P. Diddy, and your leaders
through 180 minutes of entertainment were Dijana
and Vojo. More than billion
people, including Oksigen FM listeners, followed the live
broadcasting from Barcelona. Eminem was star of the night,
as he went home with three awards, and the audience were thrilled
with his performance.

In the Mid November, Oksigen fm together with "Glass
Half Full" brought another surprise for electronic music
fans in BiH. Our guests were the best members of "Speedqueen"
club from Leeds, UK!. DJs Alice Bailey, Nat Hill, Andy Elvis,
Lucy Locket,and Chris Dodds, with support of the percussion
player David Biddle, dance and acrobatic group made sure that
parties in Banjaluka, Novi Travnik, Tuzla, Kotor Varoš and
Banovici are first class. You can feel the part of the atmosphere

gallery! Like many times before, all the income was given
to charity.

most famous DJ's. Performances were organized in four towns;
on 4th April in Bugojno,

on 7th April in Aleksandrovac
and on 8th April in Novi
Travnik. DJ's who performed were Tomislav, Tom North,
old friend of Oksigen radio Chris Dodds and Nick Fanciulli.
All the income was given to charity. The parties were great

www.oksigenfm.com In September 2001, Oksigen FM officially put on its Internet
presentation at the address www.oksigenfm.com. After months
of work, respecting your proposals and ideas, all the relevant
information on your favourite radio station together with
many different interesting contents is gathered at the same
place. Development of radio station followed development of
Oksigen's web site. The vast number of your visits and proposals
influenced adding the new contents. Nowadays it is possible
to listen Oksigen FM through the Internet anywhere in the
world. Also there are our forums where you can exchange your
opinion with your coevals, send your comment, praise or criticism.
All that 24 hours a day.

Between 19th and 26th of September Oksigen FM together with
"Glass Half Full" and Slinky Intercontinental organized

Oksigen broadcast for a stunning 10.5 hours
Live from the premier annual Techno and Electronic event in
Bosnia and Herzegovina. On the 25th and 26th of July,
Igor Tadic, Alisa Akaratovic and the Oksigen Team brought
you the atmosphere and sounds of this exciting party "LIVE"
from the Skenderija in Sarajevo.

In a drive to bring International club DJs to
Bosnia, Oksigen together with Wise
Buddah organise a unique dance night in Banja Luka with
star performer Boy
George. In a club normally accommodating 1,800 people
George plus support acts plays a storming set to over 2,300
young people from all backgrounds from 2200 to 0730 the following
morning. The Gig is an amazing testimony to the power of Dance
music bringing people together.

MINISTRY OF SOUND
Oksigen FM adds the world famous Ministry of Sound Dance
Party's and Sessions to it's programme schedule. Together
with the Ministry of Sound in London, Igor Tadic launches
the show that presents the latest in cutting edge club music
on Saturday evenings between 2000 and 2200hrs.

A RELAUNCH

A regular Oksigen crew 'brainstorming' |
The radio station re-launches as Oksigen FM. Studio facilities
are expanded to provide a second "On Air" studio,
commercial production studio and newsroom. By now the station
is broadcasting 18 hours a day "Live" across the
majority of north-west Bosnia and Herzegovina with an ever
growing youth audience.

MARCH 2000
THE TRANSMISSION NETWORK GROWS
The success of the radio station in the Banja Luka area prompts
moves for its service to be available across the whole of
northwest Bosnia. A network of 6 further transmitters engineered
by Sound Facilities Limited enables potential 250,000 additional
young listeners to hear the programming. At the same time
RDS technology is included in the new network.

BRIT AWARDS 2000 LONDON
SFM secures the exclusive rights to broadcast to Bosnia an
hour-long coverage of the premier UK music awards ceremony,
with exclusive interviews with nominees and winners as well
as music "Live" from the event.

BROADCASTING STARTS

Oksigen FM - the home of GREAT radio |
SFM radio starts broadcasting on 104.9FM to the city of Banja
Luka. Initially a team of Julija,
David and Sasa
Jankovic provide some 12 hours of "Live" programming
with the rest of the day being a rebroadcast of Virgin Radio
and The Student Broadcast Network from London.
FEBRUARY 1999
AN IDEA IS BORN!
Julija Bunic and David
Bailey persuade the SFOR commanders based in Banja Luka
to open a radio station for young people aged between 15 and
25 years of age. Preparations start together with Roy Parsons Limited of London
to equip a single radio studio and low power FM transmitter.
